Please offer firm for the below COA as per following conditions:
• Shipment : from Aqaba port Jordan to Gresik port Indonesia .
• No. of cargos : 5 cargos of 40kt mt +/- 10% each (total of 200kt) and/or 10 cargos of 40kt mt +/- 10% each (total of 400kt) to be shipped as per the below shipments schedule. 
• performing owners:
To be able to load 40,000 mt 10% moloo bulk rock phosphate Aqaba / Gresik
4x30-35t cranes + grabs
Max 20 years
Jpmc will contract reputable first-class owners, operators only
Pls revert with full back-ground / history / fleet list / references
- Owners to confirm that vessel's cranes/grab can serve vsls all holds/hatches.
- Owners to confirm that the vsl is single decker bulk carrier
- Owners to confirm that the vessel will remain under same p+i club/class for the whole 
duration of this voyage.
- Owners to confirm that vsl/ows comply with ism code
- Owners to confirm that ows/vsl comply with the isps code
- Owners to confirm that all vsl's certificates are valid for the whole duration of the voyage.
- Owners to confirm and undertake that vsl after sailing from loading port Aqaba to proceed directly with full speed to Discharge port without any deviation or undue delay, vessel allowed to bunker in route, 
But ows to inform chrts acrdgly.
- Owners to confirm that vsl cranes/derricks function properly.
- Owners to confirm that vsl has no center line bulkheads in holds.
